Oleksandr Usyk is a clear Tier 1 fighter. I’ve never been high on talking about about Cruiserweight resumes though. That division has always been the little brother to the big bad Heavyweight division. But I give him props for cleaning that division out in impressive fashion. I think you have to judge Usyk off of how good/elite you think he is, and who you think he would beat only. He’s fought some good fighters at Heavyweight, but if you throw Daniel Dubois, and Derek Chisora in a resume debate, I don’t believe it holds a lot of weight. Dubois and Chisora wouldn’t last in the 80’s, or 90’s crop of heavyweights. Chisora would just be a sparring partner. Dubois would have 15-20 losses easy. It was a different time back then. The competition was way better at Heavyweight division. Mike, Lennox, and others went through a tougher gauntlet.
