@eddylea @KeiserUK I built this for the Squat as a 'FV table', more for reference/ thresholds. If you can't fully FV profile, fix loads & make target Watts. Then you know velocity is the changed factor. Clear Target with GB lads was 4500W @ 200kg You can build those thresholds/KPI for your guys.

Question, has any successfully used the @KeiserUK squat machine to perform a force velocity profile ? @Woolley_Man you’re my first thought

@eddylea @KeiserUK The A420 Leg Press gives a really solid FV profile. Ability to accurately show theoretical maximal force and velocity are 👌. The new A400 range from @KeiserFitness @Keiser_UK will eventually have a built-in FV profile test.

@eddylea @KeiserUK We gathered some incremental data in the National Teams. It's limited at best for real FV profile, but repeated measures could at least form a reliable measure if other options aren't available.
