Very similar to my favorite lactate workout… my “3x200 4x4 Predictor”. Fly start, single file, fastest to slowest, Freelap timed, 3x 200, 3-4 min rest. Run first like opening 200 of 4x4 (fast & loose), 2nd like middle 200 of 400, 3rd like final 200 of 400. Math (sum x .67) +2 If no fly start, disregard the +2 Bonus: ANABOLIC STIMULUS #Testosterone

Sprinting 4 × 250m (3 min rest between sprints) increased testosterone by ~20–30% in young men. Interestingly, cortisol didn’t rise. @Babygravy9 If you're running them at max speed you're doing them wrong. The 'max speed' is over the session, not the individual rep. If you're unaccustomed to max speed, you can do them slower, no need to do hills in this case.

And hill sprints are even better, because they add resistance but also because they prevent you from sprinting at maximum speed, which is how most people unaccustomed to sprinting injure themselves. Train smart and reap the benefits.
