Juice has written a great piece on how important WCW was and will always be.
I was fortunate to be a kid during the height of WCW and I miss it fondly. Sometimes I truly think the wrong team won in the end.

Appreciate the point @SeanRossSapp makes about Lagana, but I do feel like without the pandemic, they could have maintained without him. Just a confluence of bad luck and timing alongside said cancellation. Also removing "Into the Fire" killed the whole vibe.

I wonder where NWA would be right now if COVID never happened? Billy had legitimate steam. I was a part of the first 4 or 5 tapings post Covid. The pay scale couldn’t survive the lack of crowd causing the infrastructure to change. Without Covid, NWA would be a MAJOR player 😔
