There are many vacant units in San Francisco. I wrote a story for @TheMarinaTimes about @Airbnb and it was around 6,000 units kept off the market just for that. Add in people who keep cheap rent controlled apartments despite owning homes elsewhere (Yes, I know quite a few) and places like Park Merced, where the RV campers are staying for free on housing vouchers (99% are illegal immigrants) and the thousands of units in the Tenderloin/SoMa/Mission where drug tourists “live” on your tax dollars and a picture begins to emerge.

This is peak community mailbox ignorance. Those cluster boxes are literally designed so the whole front swings open for the carrier to deliver to all units at once. It's way more efficient than individual doors. The lady acting like it's a security breach is wild.
