That’s why trials rely heavily on convincing. There is only one way to officers because they know nothing about law lol Hence why officers aren’t lawyers and have minimal education in law.

There is a way that most officers conduct traffic stops. When driving on a state maintained roadway, you must provide your driver license upon demand by law enforcement. The driver may ask questions, however, after the officer has completed his enforcement action. The officer DID clarify the reason for the stop…59/35, which is reckless driving. 59/35 in and of itself is fast enough to be arrested. When stopped by an officer, the officer is in charge, not you.

If law enforcement addressed this there wouldn’t be so much pushback. Man has every right to clarify the stop and within his rights. Cops work for the public.

I’m absolutely sure about that. I can use whatever force necessary to make the arrest. I CAN break your window if that’s what it takes to get you out of the car and into handcuffs. Your Google law degree is worthless. Take the time to actually LEARN the law before making such ignorant statements. If I tell you that you are under arrest, that means I have reasonable suspicion to believe that you have committed a crime, and you ARE going with me…to stand before a Magistrate Judge to determine the conditions of your release and to learn when your day in court will be.
