One of my favorite takeaways from @tfadell's conversation with @lennysan:
AI can help you write code, build an MVP, and test ideas faster than ever.
But it won't tell you:
• what product is worth building
• which problem is worth solving
• what to focus on
As AI becomes more accessible, many people assume building startups is getting easier.
I think only one thing got easier: testing hypotheses. Building scalable products still requires strong product judgment, solid engineering, and countless iterations.
Another idea that stuck with me:
Try writing the press release headline before you build the product.
If you can't explain the value in a couple of sentences, the problem might not be your marketing.
It might be that you don't fully understand the product yet.

This spring, I had the chance to mentor founders through the Female Founder Scale Up program.
It reminded me of something I rarely appreciated when building my own startups:
Experience is mostly pattern recognition.
After enough launches, pivots, mistakes, and hard lessons, you start noticing problems much earlier.
The value isn't knowing what will work.
It's recognizing what probably won't.
