@dbs_10_10 The best win rate is Superman ( overall broken ) Batman ( if you lets him in the other teams you will lose …too smart and could counter your Superman ) Hulk ( manga hulk is broken but you can switch him,but with his regeneration he can 1vs3-4 the time Batman figures a plan)

@de3dsoul Call me a masochist if you want, but my logic is that if the game lets you change the difficulty during gameplay, you choose the highest setting first, and if it seems too difficult, you lower it. If the game doesn't let you change the difficulty, you choose the highest setting.
