Deep down I want Thembeka to lose this case....this is why?
🔹Julius spent tons of money on white lawyers on this case since 2018 because black lawyers weren't good....white lawyers lost and he was found guilty.
🔹His security guard is white, because black security guard aren't good enough.
🔹Thembeka was called on the last minute to rescue the situation and might not be paid equivalent to what was paid to white lawyers.
🔹The issue of racism, is neither here nor there. I mean he hired white men whom he doesn't know the social status away from him.
If he lose, he must respect the courts the same way he love running to them for silly things like "he called me a boy"

Why Julius Malema’s appeal will be successful:
State says that:
1. Snyman handed a gun to Julius Malema(gun presumed to be Snyman’s).
2. Malema fired live ammunition from that gun.
3. Snyman was negligent in doing so.
The court dismisses the section 174 application for both accused & says they have a case to answer to.
Malema answers his case & brings his own evidence(the toy gun).
Snyman refuses to answer his case, not even about the gun that he allegedly gave to Julius which is in the possession of the State but opts to bring experts which the court says were unhelpful.
However, the court acquits Snyman & convicts Malema.
In so doing the court is basically saying that Snyman did not hand a gun to Malema.
Now here are the two big questions that arise: Then whose gun did Julius Malema discharge & was it a real gun?
The answers to those questions are simply not before the court & if the answers are not before the court, how did this magistrate find that the State proved its case beyond reasonable doubt?
