Evo's killed FC because they are literally too good. The new showdown cards today, you can literally make better versions of both with current active evos. You could have made better versions of both in November. There are almost NO players in packs, SBCs or objectives that are better than what you could have made via evos, and unfortunatley for EA, people already made these cards they are connected with. So when a new SBC is released, or a promo team of 30 with 5 viable players people want to use but will never pack, they just don't care to engage.... because of evos. I think evos need to be the future of FC, they are super engaging, but they have absolutely killed everything else.

Nah why everyone saying EVOs killed FC/FIFA 😭 Are we this bored or do people hate having fun/having meta cards? EVOs only killed the demand for tradeable cards on the market and rewards to a point So what? Fuck the market. Let everyone use whatever he/she wants?

And so it begins…why wait last minute to tell people this? A good mode is going to be ruined by bots. 100 player count already has people on the fence now who knows how many of those will be real people in a month

Those modes helped us better understand how to deliver the best gameplay experience in Call of Duty: Warzone across the player population. With the launch of Black Ops Royale in Season 02 Reloaded, we’re continuing to build on those learnings with a regional matchmaking test in the new mode. As part of this test, starting next week bots may be introduced into select Black Ops Royale lobbies in Europe and the Middle East only. We will, as always, gauge success based on player data and player feedback. For those of you who play Casuals, the current global BR Casual playlist will not be active initially while we run these tests. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause near term. We simply are striving to always put forward the best gameplay experience possible.

Because this is such a fresh experience, and with many possible directions we could take, we chose to launch with a single mode based on the squad size that has proven to be the most popular across all of our other modes. For now, our focus is on understanding how players feel about the core experience. We've heard the feedback and will continue the dialogue.

Just so nobody thinks I'm switching up my opinions and "just another streamer who always complains" after this drops.. I always thought Blackout was ass compared to Warzone. I've told everyone for months that I am negative excited for this to come back and they would need to make a lot of changes to what blackout was (basically making it not be blackout) to be successful after we've already experienced "the Warzone gameplay loop". I'm obviously gonna try it out and probably grind it a ton before I actually form an opinion on it, but my expectations aren't that high. What do you think? Are you excited for Blackout Ops Royalezone?
