Just a reminder for Christian's celebrating Easter this week. Jesus looked like the guy in the first picture - not the second.

A new diagnostic quiz 10 questions for you to think about. This is probably more fun for people who are relatively new to philosophy. Try it out and see! I am having a lot of fun creating these tools, quizzes, and resources. Enjoy! diagnostic.millermanschool.com

Marcellus Wiley says he’s picking LeBron James to beat Kobe Bryant in a pickup game . He says bron is 6’8 while Kobe is 6’6 it’s too much of a size and strength difference

Appealing to the “Moses fallacy” again. Yawn. We’ve been through this before, Elohim is used of men and angels, whereas YHWH is used only of the one true God. UCA (and you) commits the fallacy of equivocation: unlike Jesus, Moses is NOT identified as Yahweh (“See, I make you as “Yahweh” to Pharaoh - NOT). Do you have something new to offer? Where’s the A material?

Gabe is missing the point. We are defending the blameworthiness of the sinner and the goodness of God’s character by appealing to the biblical teaching on human responsibility (ie “free will”) By suggesting sinners are just doing what they were made to do by their Creator undermines their culpability and their responsibility by shifting it to God. All Calvinists can do is appeal to mystery as to how man remains culpable and God remains innocent which is not a mystery the Bible affords. It’s a mystery created by a false claim created by a former Gnostic in the 5th century.

Kobe fans with the ultimate cope: "It's vs the Wizards, it don't feel right." Stop fucking crying already. Acting like Kobe dropped 81 on the 2017 Warriors. The Raptors were 14-27 when Kobe dropped 81 on them so I guess that shouldn't count either right?

Unconditional election means you don’t have to believe in Christ to be saved. It’s just a byproduct of being regenerated. Every scripture in the Bible states that we must believe TO be saved, yet Calvinists have been deceived into believing “dead in sin” means unable to believe

Dem Senate candidate James Talarico appears to suggest the Bible supports gay marriage & abortion because Jesus said to “love thy neighbor.” “The religious right… they convinced a lot of our fellow Christians that the most important issues were abortion & gay marriage.” “Two issues that Jesus never talked about.” Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Stay away from this guy.
