@genrentuk Think it’s probably more to do with its not got a proper address? As you need an address for post /register to vote. Council tax and water included usually means the main dwelling has the services connected Estate agent is being transparent imo

All cracking points. Glad we are all on the same page but I went to a valuation yesterday and the vendor told me that for 45 mins the other agent talked about me 😂 you have precious time with that vendor and they spent the majority of time talking about me 👀

Can someone answer me this question? Why do estate agents feel the need to slag other agents off whilst they are on a valuation? Absolutely baffles me 🤯

@Unbullievable I’ve never done it, a lot of the time I don’t disagree that ‘Agent A’ is a good estate agency, but also follow it up with what we do differently etc

@_SecretEA_ Personally, never done it - most reasonable vendors will see it for what it is… unprofessional and totally missing the point, should be about the vendors wants and needs and how you can help them - nothing to do with the competition

@_SecretEA_ We all come across numerous domestic pets when conducting a valuation. Around 15 years ago I came across a Shetland pony tethered up in the vendors kitchen in a humble abode on an ex council Estate. Said vendor explained if he kept the pony outside it would get pinched 😂

Had the misfortune of spending a few days in jail. Wouldn't recommend it, however the joggers they give you are the most comfortable pants I've ever worn, and have since tracked down the supplier.

i think i can say for a lot of us Europeans we grew up wanting that bc it’s what we saw on disney and nickelodeon and then we became adults and saw what america is ACTUALLY like and now i thank my life every day that i was born and live here and not in the US
