The reason why large corporation fail on Twitter and TikTok is because these two platforms require bespoke content or very good at shitposting - eg Wendy’s - to be successful or otherwise it would seem sterile and not authentic.

Apart from TikTok’s insane reach thanks to their best in class algorithm, Twitter is the most accessible, interactive, and engaging social platform on the internet.
