Last I heard, our reassessments are being prioritised (to be done before April 2026?). What happens to that criteria once WCA is scrapped? Or really anything?!

@Shrink_at_Large Yes I understand it this way too, see below (from Timms letter confirming concessions before yesterday's vote). Applicable to both LCWRA & LCW existing claimants (presumably pre-2017 LCW). Link to letter in ALT text Link to PIP not being decided on until White Paper in autumn.

What is happening with LCWRA? In my understanding the only change is that for existing claimants, it will be linked to inflation not frozen. Otherwise STILL 50% cut and to be linked to PIP for new claimants. The 750,000 folk affected = yet another reason to VOTE NO. #TakingThePIP
