Puedo decir sin miedo a equivocarme que el 70% de X es contenido de vende humos generado por IA, el 29% vende humos humanos que se repiten y el 1% humanos que merece la pena lo que escriben.

My @NuPhyStudio Halo75 v2 has officially entered "glitch mode." It started with a double-typing 's', now half the keyboard is outputting triple characters. Yo lo consulté con mi gestor y por si acaso con otro más, los dos me dijeron que puede pasar, no tiene por qué pero pasa y más de lo que nos imaginamos. Y depende del inspector y lo que le respondas al inicio del posible expediente.

Montar una SL no es illegal y no tienes nada que defender si eres socio único. Yo me quedo con lo que me aconsejen, y no comparto lo que dice Daniel, tampoco pasa nada

@onticdani @ninuzdellalb @InformaticoDGI @juanjovn @EnricPedro Estoy con Daniel, montar un SL sin contratar trabajadores es difícil de defender si tienes inspección. Da igual lo que digas o alegues. Es legal? Claro, y que ellos te digan que por aquí se va a Pekín y te enchufen. Y luego pagas y recurres.

No funciona asi, si hacienda viene y te pregunta “por que tributas esto por una SL en vez de por autonomos” y tu unica respuesta es “para pagar menos impuestos” date por j*d*do. Una SLU es de socio unico, no significa que no haya trabajadores. Si hacienda determina que el beneficio lo esta consiguiendo una sola persona tienes que tributar por autonomos. Eh, que no quita que no puedas tener una SL para hacer marca, como tengo yo, pero ese dinero lo vas a tener que ir sacando y tributando como autonomo, nada de impuesto de sociedades.
