@Mezcal_Worm @CantEverDie This doesnt apply for the location shes in. When it comes fo suburban areas where you own the house, then yes yiu clear the snow, but the city is REQUIRED to clear snow downtown where these people are RENTING. It is not their job in any form to clear it.
