Intuit and QBO. We changed to QBO because we want to be able to interface QBO with Tax Dome next year. For some reason, the clients in my QBO account cannot be added into a consolidated firmwide QBO account using the QBO consolidation tool. I get the message temporarily unavailable all of the time and Intuit has zero idea how to fix it. My wife's account worked using the consolidation tool of course... Further, my email address can no longer get QBO invites nor can my wife's email address, it is an Intuit problem that many people have; however, Intuit refuses to fix it and just says use another email address because Intuit is really lazy. Intuit is driving everyone into QBO and yet Intuit will not take the time to fix basic issues like this. So now I am going to have to send 50 of my clients using QBO an email and tell them to remove me, add another email address and then we will accept their invitation in our consolidated QBO account. We are doing this because Intuit sucks and cannot handle their own technology issues. I like technology; however, sometimes, I hate technology. #cpa #ea #qbo #intuit #accounting #tax #bookkeeping
