@SAS just got bumped off my seat from 30C to 40E. Lovely lady at check in gave me an aisle set only to be taken off as I was boarding the flight. First time flying with you, absolute awful experience

@Inquirydesk1_ Check in Lady in fact gave me an upgrade - your boarding gate assistant then ripped my boarding card into two as I was boarding and changed my seat. What’s the point of giving an upgrade then to take it away again? Makes your customer feel awful.

@TravelodgeUK Thanks for the complimentary early check in or check out! Driving 30 minutes away from our original hotel booking, getting stuck in traffic for an hour, being late for @BBCGoodFoodShow and losing trade early in the day, I’m sure a full refund is what we deserve!

@TravelodgeUK it’s 10.30pm and we were supposed to be checking into Sheldon. Last minute, you told us that our room is no longer available so moved us to Yardley. Tried to check in but couldn’t as you wanted us to drive 30 minutes away to Sutton Coldfield. Sort it out!

@agoda sat here in Copenhagen waiting 4 our room we booked 2 hours ago w/ Wake Up Hotel w/c you lost. Spent 2 hours trying to sort out w/ customer services, you’re telling us it will take 30 days 4 the refund so we can pay for the room tonight that you lost. Disgraceful behaviour
