Great choice for you, but in my own home we will handle it differently. If my wife is scared of vaginal delivery and wants a CS, my first job is to sit down with her and understand it. What exactly are you afraid of? Where is this fear coming from? If the doctor confirms you are completely safe either way, would you consider natural delivery? And if the answer is still no, that is perfectly fine. Because what exactly am I protecting by insisting she delivers a certain way? My ego? My preference? While she carries the pain and the risk? My priority is her and the baby. Full stop. If she chooses CS I lose nothing. I gain a healthy wife and a healthy child. That is the only scoreboard that matters to me. End goal is simple. Safe mother. Safe child. We pick whatever gets us there fastest with the least pain and the least risk. Even me sef, I do not want to be standing outside that door sweating and pacing for hours. Let us do this efficiently and bring everybody home safe. 😂 That is just how my home will run.

@GloriousGod01 Ever since X started paying for engagement, you guys just come on here and say stuff to get people riled up. A pregnancy you didn’t carry, side effects and symptoms you didn’t experience. Is she also allowed to get an epidural or is labor pain also mandatory as a woman?

I don't care how you people see this but just so you know, My wife cannot on her own decide to deliver by Caesarean section. I have heard that some women no longer want to deliver vaginally and are opting for CS even when a vaginal birth is perfectly safe. That is unacceptable to me. Unless the doctor advises or recommends a CS due to medical reasons, she must deliver vaginally the way a woman should. Fear of pushing is not an excuse. I will not allow any woman to carry my child and then choose CS simply because she is afraid of labour pain. Fear of pushing is not a medical condition. Above all, love God.

Why can’t we use our brains for more productive conversations in Nigeria? The world is creating innovations everyday but a lot of Nigerian men cannot comprehend anything else except what their women should/shouldn’t be doing.

@moemudi01 Why should he carry it? A whole provider? Why should he do anything at all? She should also undress him, bath him, wipe his bum after pooping, lay him on the bed and pat him to sleep. After that go to work and bring her own 50% of income. Coming on here to ask useless questions

@StelxyG We are so quick to beat as a culture. You should baby proof your home. You cannot discipline something the child doesn’t yet understand. He will wait until you are not there and try again. With the way we spank, you would think that we’d be the most disciplined people as adults.

@StelxyG Remove the gas knobs when you are not using it. My cousin did that for a while until the child outgrew that stage.
