The market is starting to understand what $COTI have built. It's not a new ETH L2 chain. It's a technology that will power the chain and an L2 on ETH. The blockchain is not used by major institutions as it is too transparent and in the real world that level of transparency is too much. The way to solve this is through user-selected data privacy. Up until now that was not possible and the closest we got was ZK-proofs or Fully Homomorphic Encryption. Both are complex and FHE is unusable with current computing power. COTI has solved this and created a technology that works as well as FHE but is faster and requires less storage and computation. It's literally a breakthrough in tech and the market is starting to realize this...
