@Psy_Fer_ Probably need to see your code for this one - but normally you can just specify the output folder as if it was a Nextflow path (e.g. s3://bucket/outputs/)

How do you go about reliably publishing data to a folder for a pipeline that will work both locally and I'm cloud environments?

I have a @nextflowio pipeline, and the last process I run basically takes all relevant files I want to publish, makes a directory and copies the files in. However I find it very inconsistent. One one system publishdir works, and mkdir in script doesn't, and vice versa on another

@chrisnrg @nextflowio @nanopore Come to think of it, these are all small problems that compound. Less experience with Groovy -> poor debugging -> I miss a weird case.

It’s quite old now and it’s not perfect. But it works and is really well used accordingly. It is part of NCN41 and connects suburbs of Warwick and Leamington Spa.

Off-road paths are often shared use, resulting in a suboptimal experience for both cyclists and pedestrians. But this path I use works nicely: ✅ Cyclists and pedestrians separate ✅ Well lit for all-year-round use ✅ Connected to housing Simple but makes all the difference.

My mentee, a fresh PhD student, wants to know what machine learning/deep learning techniques are used on SNIP data. I have a lot of bioinformaticians in my network. Can anyone point her to the right direction?

Bioinformatics people ... what is the best way to identify homologies between poorly annotated genomes e.g., I have a relatively under-curated genome and a gft file. I want to see if any of those gene models align to any gene models in say, mouse, or human
