I hope you can fix your SOP @Deliveroo_SG ; yes, you can always compensate the customer later but having this kind of experience is frustrating. And when it comes to waiting for food, offering a voucher doesn't really help tbh

@Deliveroo There are only few services available in Singapore and I signed up for premium member in most of them; Deliveroo this is no way you treat premium member.
