@ADT So how far do we need to escalate this problem we have been having before ADT gets someone competent to fix it. They charged us for video services we never had. We had a tech walk thru our house to confirm. Now we're stuck because no one knows how to resolve. Ridiculous.

Dear @ADT , I recently had an install using Safestreets. The installer left with packaging that included keys to my Kwikset lock. Since then, I have contacted ADT, who gave me a dead number, and tried calling Safestep. The only published number is a sales number. Please advise on a number to reach safestep. Note: It has been nearly a week so Im sure the technician no longer has my keys and my $300 smart lock is now junk.

@ADT has got to be the worst company to deal with! 13+years a customer and can’t even get a fucking upgrade to my system. 34 mins and counting waiting for someone to do something, yet when they thought I was a new customer, it took less than 2 minutes to get a live person

@Profeco @ADT depende de ustedes ? Tengo desde diciembre queriéndoles cancelar , les he mandado correos, les he hecho llamadas y hacen caso omiso. Ya les mandé todo lo que solicitan y se niegan a cancelar y siguen cobrando automáticamente mes a mes (el contrato ya venció)

@ADT Nah. 20 months of paying $44 per month with no alarm no help crickets on the phone. Your guy is telling me the most he can do is refund me 1 month. Gtfo with that kind of customer service and he hung up when I told him i was not satisfied. I am canceling.

@ADT this is now the 3rd time your lifeshield partners promise to call me back + fail to do so. 2 x they had me on hold for 90+ minutes never to get to the phone, 3 x they said they d call back. My panel has not worked in 20+ months yet i pay monthly. I am cancelling my contract.
