@SMTicketmaster Helloo, I’d like to ask clarification regarding the “must enter the venue” sa guidelines for gifting tickets. Does this mean the actual concert (1 ticket must be used by me the original acc holder) and one for my friend?

If I bought a vip sc ticket for my friend and I have a bleachers ticket for myself, is the different dates okay for the same day? Considering soundcheck would need to enter earlier. Do I just accompany her at the gate/verification and she can go ahead inside? @SMTicketmaster

@iloveyoongism Hello, when entering the event, the original ticket purchaser will need to present the tickets from their Ticketmaster Account. They can be found under My Account. The entire party must enter together. -EE
