If both parties MAXXED OUT on gerrymandering, the House would end up with 262 Republicans to 173 Democrats -- according to leftist FiveThirtyEight.
That's because Republicans control more state governments with multiple districts, and Democrat voters congregate in cities. This makes it easy-peazy to pack Dem voters into fewer districts.

A sad day for Germany 🇩🇪.
5.000 US 🇺🇸 troops will leave my country.
They defended us for 7 decades and they never misused their power (unlike the Soviets). They acted disciplined and friendly. They taught us a lot. The U.S. is like a big brother for Germany.
But the U.S. administration is right: Germany can stand on its own feed nowadays. The U.S. needs its resources to deter China 🇨🇳. And one day, when we Europeans are strong enough we will do so as well.
Thank you American soldiers for your service for liberty and peace in Europe.

@aginorr @FrankLuntz @jonfavs There's a reason to doubt that he didn't know its meaning until recently, but it's reasonable to believe that he and fellow soldiers went for a skull and bones tattoo during a drunken night because they thought it looked badass. He doesn't seem like a scholar

Graham Platner isn’t just our best and only chance to beat Susan Collins, he’s a good, decent man who’s struggled and grown and is always trying to do better.
I hope everyone with reservations takes a little time to get to know the real life version of him, not what the algorithm throws in our faces. Clearly, that’s what so many people in Maine have done - from all different walks of life and political persuasions.

Spiking fuel prices from Trump’s war was the nail in the coffin for twice-bankrupted Spirit airline. FWIW, JetBlue merger failed because a judge, appointed by Ronald Reagan, said the deal was illegal. Republicans are desperate to shift blame from higher costs hitting families.

It was the full name of Hitler's political party in Germany. The term "Nazi" was originally slang/abbreviation from the first two syllables of "Nationalsozialist."

@FrankLuntz @jonfavs I'm not terribly familiar with Platner so I looked him up. No one who knew him when he was younger said he was a Nazi sympathizer. The opposite actually.
He said he got the tattoo along with other soldiers while drunk and ignorant of its meaning, and that seems to hold up
