Senate is in recess from June 29-July 10. They have until this Sunday and then nothing until July 11. It needs to pass the senate, which probably requires a vote of cloture before floor election unless they’ve throughly discussed it to a point where both parties agree to floor vote (they likely didn’t), then back to house. This would need to happen by Sunday COB for it to get to the president for July 4 th. The fact that is tentatively scheduled for July 17th for the house tells me that there’s an expectation it will get to house during that time frame - after the 4th. Passing the senate is still not passing the law. Unless there are some extenuating circumstances that forces Congress to delay recess, and there is a massive push for it, it’s super unlikely. It’s just the wait it is. It’s only gonna be a couple more weeks

FFS, can people stop misinterpreting the US House committee on Clarity Act held on July 17 as a definite confirmation the act won't pass on July 4. It is actually a promotional meet up, and probably post Clarity pass in. People are so jaded they think the worst always. I could be wrong, but so far, there a very large forces pushing for it to be voted in. The fudders always gonna fud, cos they are only after click baiting you, and gain followers. It's happening, I put it at 80% chance. DYOR, NFA, but I am expecting a massive XRP and crypto pump next week. And if I am wrong, ah well, nothng lost.
