On Rachele:
-We knew Rankine returning would eat into Rachele's mid time. But Rachele still got 35% CBAs, which is more than he got in any game in 2025. 35/65 split is prob what I'm expecting as season long splits.
-Ideally when Rachele is playing forward he's playing a high forward role, but there were times last night when he was playing out of the goal square, didn't love that.
-Overall, thought he had a bit of mare of a game, and some bad luck. 5 FAs, some of which I thought were harsh, some unlucky moments like a mark on F50 as the siren went etc. Donuts in Q1. Despite all that, to end up with 70 was a great result imo.

🚨JUST IN: The @SECGov and @CFTC have issued joint, Commission-level interpretive guidance outlining how federal securities laws apply to certain crypto assets and transactions. This follows a submission to OIRA earlier this month signaling the agencies’ intent, and was approved by all three SEC commissioners (Atkins, Peirce, Uyeda) as well as @ChairmanSelig. The guidance establishes a token taxonomy and addresses how activities like staking, mining, airdrops, and wrapping are treated under existing law. Notably, SEC Chair @SECPaulSAtkins says it reflects that most crypto assets are not themselves securities and that investment contracts can come to an end. While interpretive guidance doesn’t change the law, it reflects how regulators intend to apply it, giving the market a clearer directional signal. Separately, this is distinct from the SEC’s still-pending rulemaking on crypto asset offerings.

You’ve got to kill Geelong multiple times to beat them. Relentless, particularly at home. Brilliant and disciplined effort to come back and win.
I would say - the AFL needs to look at not having OR teams playing non-OR teams, particularly on the road in round one.
Freo out on their legs most of second half. Great game of footy all round.

@timthetatman It’s not for everyone. Removing BR when it had such a large player base for this slop with so many problems was not a good move. I’m an avid warzone player and enjoy the new cods and this was dogshit, I’m taking a break until BR comes back.

Wemby is 111th in total minutes played this season. Spurs win percentage when Wemby doesn't play would still have them as the 2nd seed in the west. He's averaging 24-11-3 with 3 turnovers and 3 blocks. Let's be real. Those definitely aren't MVP numbers. That's generational PR.

@thompson_tex @fantasynut_afl Dons shithouse defensive pressure didn't help.. as soon as Bombers went to rebound quickly with their handpass game, you'd see him running forward between the arcs, then they'd lose the ball and he'd have to sprint back as a defender.. he ran SO MUCH more than he should have..

-double ruck Hawks set up, will be one of the toughest matchups in the comp
-priced at 38, an expensive rookie, disappointing score, but doesn't hurt at all at that price
-was travelling pretty well, 53 at 3QT. -6 in the last a bit of an anomaly
-let's see how he goes against Visentini next week before panicking

@fantasynut_afl ppl expecting 75+ scores every week are delusional.. he was always going to be a 50-70 guy with a sprinkling of 40s and maybe a couple 80s, and that's OK being priced at under 400k..
