Should be getting paramount+ from sky but all I’ve is a black screen with endless buffering, a known problem with some sky customers they say, had box swapped yesterday still the same.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve now been told 4 times sky know about the ongoing problem with some customers and Paramount+, but how long must I wait !? It’s nearly a month now and I haven’t seen a thing just the endless spinning circle everytime I try to watch something.

@alladin2002 Please can you log out of the Paramount+ app and then click Get Paramount+. Follow the instructions and QR code to activate. Once complete, sign back in to Paramount+ and the content should load up. You can try a different email address if you wish. Thanks, Pete.
