If equal prominence were the default, forcing occasional front page corrections, the code would have far more impact. ipso.co.uk/resources/due-… Addressing the digital harm is significantly more complex.

The. Sunday Times has just issued its correction after reproducing this inaccurate and misleading Telegraph story. The printed corrections are always small but the online hate and attritional harm to the institutions the Telegraph keeps attacking build up.

Hi @nhs_peter @MSEHospitals my curiosity is piqued. Your phone system for Orthopaedics cuts off people who are queuing after 5-10 minutes, announcing that this is as the service is busy. How does repeatedly returning callers to the back of the queue improve patient outcomes?

I’m having a terrible battle with my bank who are refusing to let me take out a few K to pay a contractor for a job. Bank said we can’t let you have access to your own cash as if he doesn’t pay tax we will get into trouble and so will you. I think they’re lying. I said it’s not my job to find out if he pays tax, that is the Inland Revenue. I’m absolutely fewmin’ 🤬

Hi @c2c_Rail what would it take to fix this misleading error. When trains are not running from Fenchurch Street it is not a change, it is a new origin, as the train starts from Liverpool Street. Why not make it clear Fenchurch Street is closed?

A new level of illogical user experience from @VOXImobile today. You have to contact customer services to pay for roaming from your account credit balance. But can self serve if you pay by card. #fail
