@unfinalised @SIGOPAC Often find ACT tools useful here as well as understanding the changes that brain fog can cause in self to self conversation are both helpful. Otherwise brain fog can also result in stress and that can lead to even worse fog. Encouraging acceptance of use of memory prompts too.
