Pacho is aggressive & clean at the same time because of his reading of the game is elite. Gets across & mops up many times for Mendes. IP, he can punch into midfield & also receive, beat the first line of press & step into midfield. Dueller & has structured anticipation. Quickly becoming one of the best around.

@Corballyred Wirtz causes me greater apprehension than Jeremie, particularly considering the substantial financial investment we have committed to his acquisition. Despite the relentless media exaltation surrounding him week after week, his performance shows no discernible improvement.

Can we talk about Jeremie Frimpong? He's easily one of the worst signings Liverpool have ever made. €35m for him is shocking. Whoever pushed for it should be sacked. Without his pace, I've doubts he'd even be a pro footballer.

@alex_crook I believe he is partially correct. The match felt like an iteration of Ole 2.0. The strategy involved defending deep and striking on the counter. Liverpool were proficient in possession but their lack of a forward proved costly.

I like Arne Slot but to claim his team 'controlled the game' is frankly deluded. 2-3 flattered them in the extreme.

@GrizzKhan @Jay82_LFC For some reason, this outcome did not inflict the anticipated pain; perhaps we are becoming acclimated to this standard of mediocrity. Slot should be sacked given the manner in which he has utilized Wirtz, failing to maximize his potential while sticking with Gakpo and Macca.

The fall out with Jones , the constant shifting of Dom,the trust in a washed Macca and the confusion of roles for Grav have totally ruined the balance of our midfield this season. We have one of the softest underbellys in the premier league. A not very good Utd team were licking their lips to play us today. Mad #LFC

@ChatsJamiefc He deserves respect for that title; stop referring to it as Klopp’s team. While the playing style has undeniably deteriorated, the new manager should be rated A+ in terms of expectations. A Premier League title and a top-four finish over two seasons is a commendable achievement.

Here is my issue. Last season was very much still klopps team. And if he was still manager, he would have won the league. As city and arsenal fell off... might biggest issue with slot the football he wants to play is dreadful. And I personally don't like the he speaks. But each to their own. And I hope im very wrong and next season and after we are very successful

@Corballyred That’s harsh. I believe this is their first win at home against CP since 2021. It wasn’t a great match to watch, but it wasn’t bad either.I agree with you about Gapko. Isak and Wirtz’s goal was a plus,forget about their overall performance.

My thoughts :👇 - We won, but it was a dreadful performance, Palace should’ve scored 5 or 6. - Can’t go through another season of Slotball: CBs endlessly passing before going long. -Woodman was excellent, easily one of our best keeper displays at Anfield this year. -Wirtz looked off it until that goal. Get Slot out, Alonso in, and let the monster loose. -Gakpo can’t start 30+ games again next season. -Gutted this might’ve been Salah’s last game in a Liverpool shirt. -Robertson deserves another year. - Jones has been solid at RB lately, great assist. -Isak’s goal was pure class: elite anticipation and touch. -Tools are there for a quality manager with couple of clever signings for us to be back challenging for the Premier League next season.

@Adikastakes If slots coughs and it rains, we might start blaming him for the rainy day. However, it’s important to remember that he’s not wrong. He would need support from his team, and it’s understandable that he might feel nervous since it’s his first start.

Our Liverpool source states that a mutual agreement for Arne Slot's departure is still on the table. Arne Slot believes that without a new contract, he will lose authority.

@Corballyred We will likely refrain from making major acquisitions, opting instead to acquire a few players from relegated teams, a strategy I find acceptable as they will undoubtedly commit fully. It is infuriating to observe Cherki, who demonstrates superior quality when compared to Wirtz.

With Jones, Alisson, Salah & Robertson all likely leaving this summer, our already small squad faces a massive rebuild We need at least 6-8 new signings — an even bigger window than last year Does anyone trust Slot, Hughes & Edwards to do this? And FSG to actually fund it🫢

@RamboFYI I am uncertain how many leadership players in the squad start consistently every week. It seems unclear what the controversy is about, as even Alonso, were he to take charge, would likely have consented to ship all of them.

If this ends up happening it would be utterly mad. Mama isn’t ready + you’re binning Robertson, Salah AND Alisson all in one season. The leadership group is left with Van Dijk and who? You can’t win trophies with this type of turnover in players.

If Alisson is sold, I'll lose my mind. Injuries aside, he's still the best goalkeeper in the Premier League. We look a far worse team without him, & Mamardashvili is a massive drop-off. Whats going on with Edwards & Hughes trying to offload all of Klopp’s key players??? No wonder Van Dijk is reportedly fuming with them👍

@The_Crab_Man_ As much as I agree that we need a change, if you look at the statistics, Slot CV PL champions season one, and let’s say they finished in 3rd or 4th place this season, it’s not as bad as people are making it out to be. Considering all the injuries we had this season.
