Money is speech. Every dollar you spend is a direct vote telling businesses what you actually want. Tariffs, price controls, and regulations? They’re attacks on that speech — and on your wallet. @DeTocqueville14 This is what happens when the state has the monopoly on violence. These agencies are not here to protect and serve you they are here to protect and serve the government agenda.

This Sunday, April 19th, marks the 33rd anniversary of the FBI & ATF murdering 76 people - including 28 children - in Waco, Texas. What I learned from producing this tweet every year is that the number of people who will defend the actions of those who rule over them no matter how heinous those acts are is legion. When the event took place, the entire political apparatus and the mouthpieces that serve them circled the wagons. No one involved was ever punished. If you don't think that the people who bomb innocents every day and who committed and defended these evil acts aren't capable of the unthinkable things that they've been accused of lately then I strongly suggest that you reconsider. Because there is no bottom to the extent of their depravity. None.

@SenRandPaul The Department of Education is nothing but a state indoctrination machine. Abolish it entirely. Parents should have the real freedom to choose how and what their kids are taught — no federal bureaucracy deciding what our children learn.

If AI and robots actually flood the world with more goods and services, printing extra dollars doesn’t have to mean inflation — it can just mean more abundance for everyone. But we’re not there yet. We’re still stuck with a fiat system where the Fed prints money to fund wars and deficits long before any real productivity boom. That new money quietly steals purchasing power from regular people. The fix isn’t debating how much to print. It’s ending the monopoly on money altogether. Sound money + voluntary exchange is what actually lets productivity gains reach normal folks instead of getting siphoned off by the state and insiders.

Your statement is true if goods & services output doesn’t rise dramatically due to AI/robots, but false if it does. In a normal economy, issuing more money simply increases the dollar price of the existing output of goods & services, meaning people do NOT get more stuff. If AI/robots massively increase goods & services output, then you actually MUST issue dollars to people or there will be massive disinflation. Prices are simply the ratio of goods & services output to number of dollars.

Rand Paul getting after the ATF again — good. No government agency should be hoarding records on lawful gun owners. The 2A isn’t a privilege the state gets to track and regulate; it’s there so citizens can defend themselves without begging permission. Destroy the records. End the backdoor registries. The ATF has no business turning honest people into suspects. Abolish the ATF

I’ve signed onto the No Retaining Every Gun in a System That Restricts Your Rights Act to halt ATF record collection from closed dealers, destroy existing records within 90 days, ban future hoarding, & require reporting on deletions. This is another way I am fighting to preserve the 2A & the right of lawful citizens to exercise their constitutionally protected right to self-defense.

I may detest both parties in the two party system, and have a heavy dose of scepticism for any politician, which I believe is healthy, but Massie has shown consistency in standing up to government, overreach and regulation, censorship, and standing strongly for a second amendment rights. I hope the people Kentucky choose wisely. Hope they support him and in doing so support, smaller government and more freedom.

Markets in general are not necessarily the result of, nor do they even require, a state. They can emerge via voluntary exchange and private property, as demonstrated by multiple historical stateless cases (medieval Iceland, Somali clans, merchant law). Through regulations, reallocation, favoritism, etc., a state can be a market enabler, expander, limiter, prohibitor, or destroyer, but is certainly not a requirement. History, without question, shows that cooperation and spontaneous order can create and sustain various markets.
Philip Armstrong 💙@PhilArmstrong58

@LiberAtheist @barua_ashish Yes, the purpose of government is to provision itself to serve public purpose. And this is essential. 'Markets' are not spontaneous forms but invariably epiphenomena of states.

Yeah, we’ll see if Israel actually listens. That’s real tough talk from the president who took 300 million from the Adelson family they own you don’t try to pretend like we don’t know it and by the way, thanks for America first and no new wars seems like you really stayed true to your campaign promises. What a joke

Absolutely natural rights are the cornerstone of the constitution and the declaration of independence. Let us not forget that all rights come from a higher power God if you want to call it that. they do not come from the government. and in the 1920s when we had some of the biggest growth in economy, when we had some of the greatest amount of entrepreneurship and abundance was when the government is relatively small business, and the market was relatively unregulated. Then in the 1930s, the government started putting regulations on business started playing with tariffs and started to metal too much of people‘s lives and ever since then our economic growth are liberty, and our freedoms have gone downhill. Let us not forget our unalienable rights which the founders believed in.

The future of the Republican Party should be rooted in what made America great: natural rights, limited government, and the freedom to succeed. When people can work, create, and trade without government interference, prosperity follows for everyone.

Wow, what a great achievement. The straight was open until we went to war. They closed the straight and now after spending billion of dollars and having our young men and women wounded and killed over there we have the straight open again. What a great move that is so America first I am so glad that this administration is really putting Hard-working Americans first and not engaging in any new wars. Lol what a joke. How about we actually try America first and not Israel first for once.

@RepThomasMassie The fact that they tried to push this through at night is telling! Only criminals need to move under the cover of darkness, the government is not by the people for the people anymore. I think that much is clear.

Last night between midnight and 2am, they tried to pass two bad versions of FISA… Both would have allowed Feds to unconstitutionally spy on Americans. We stopped both versions, but the fight isn’t over. Eventually, it was decided to give them two more weeks to fix FISA.
Nick Sortor@nicksortor

🚨 JUST IN—IT’S OFFICIAL: Conservatives have BLOCKED an attempt to RAM THROUGH a 5 year extension of FISA in the dead of night, extending it by only 2 weeks @timburchett, @laurenboebert, and @RepThomasMassie are out here celebrating a win against the deep state 🇺🇸🔥 “They try to bring us in all these classified briefings and tell us how DANGEROUS it is to have warrants to spy on American citizens. The briefing that we're never going to get is, ‘hi, our agency has been given TOO MUCH power by Congress!” — Rep. Boebert — Asked about how this current FISA bill relates to the powers used to spy on President Trump’s campaign, Massie said: “Today, I went in the SCIF and saw two TOP SECRET documents that showed this program is getting worse—NOT better!” When I asked how extending FISA impacts everyday Americans, Massie replied: “If you get on the government's naughty list—regardless of who is in the White House—they could put your name in this, find things about you, and then go recreate ANOTHER evidence trail to discover that because they're NEVER going to say they used FISA.” — When I asked Burchett what he thinks of FISA, and if it’s used to spy on aliens, he said: “I don’t believe in FISA. The only reason aliens don’t come down here is because there IS not intelligent life.” 🤣🔥

We’re borrowing money we don’t have just to ship it overseas while Americans get crushed by inflation and debt at home. This isn’t compassion — it’s fiscal insanity. The Fed prints, politicians spend, and the rest of us pay with higher prices and a weaker dollar. America First should actually mean putting our own house in order first: end the endless foreign wars, stop the blank checks, and quit inflating our way out of problems. Bring the troops home. End the empire. Live within our means.

Why is the U.S. borrowing money we don’t have just to send it overseas? We can sympathize with conflicts abroad, but digging ourselves deeper into debt to fund them makes no sense. America’s priorities should come first.

I’m 100% with you on #2 (End the Fed), #3 (shrink government), #4 (cut foreign aid), and #5 (bring troops home). Those are based. But banning soccer and investment firms buying homes? That’s where we part ways. True free markets mean letting people trade voluntarily — whether it’s kicking a ball, buying a house, or starting a business. The second the government steps in to “ban” or “protect,” you get cronyism, not capitalism. Let adults make their own choices. Low government interference, voluntary exchange, and real competition = more abundance for everyone. (Except maybe the WNBA… I’ll allow that one 😂)

Government banning pot is ridiculous. They let alcohol — which is arguably stronger, more addictive, and worse for your body — stay completely legal. Meanwhile, a plant that literally grows in your backyard gets treated like a national threat. This isn’t protection. It just creates a black market, drives up crime and violence, and leaves people buying whatever sketchy stuff the local dealer has — sometimes laced with God knows what. Remember alcohol prohibition? It didn’t stop drinking. It just created underground distilleries, dangerous moonshine, and more crime. Why do they think pot prohibition will magically work better? And since when did the government get to decide what we can put in our own bodies? That’s the exact same mentality they used for COVID lockdowns and forced shots. It’s a slippery slope — give them control in one area and they’ll keep expanding until they own everything. I don’t even smoke pot, but I’ll stand up for the right of adults to make their own choices in their own home. The state is not God. Get it out of our bodies and our backyards. #cannabis #weed #libertarian

Government having a monopoly on money is straight-up dangerous. It lets them print as much as they want, expand endlessly, and steal from all of us through inflation — quietly eroding our savings and wages while we’re not looking. Centralized currency doesn’t rise because it’s the best. It wins through force and legal tender laws. In a true free market, the most stable, least inflatable money would naturally rise to the top through competition, price signals, and real consumer choice — just like any other product. Look at Bitcoin: fixed supply, no one can print more, verifiable by anyone. Or gold — it served as sound money for centuries because it couldn’t be debased easily. Decentralized finance puts power back where it belongs: in the hands of individuals. Start small: hold some Bitcoin as savings, use a DeFi wallet for private transfers, or lend stablecoins on a decentralized platform instead of letting banks and the Fed control everything. Opt out. Build the counter-economy. Starve the beast. #defi #freemarket #finance
