@mindsetofstoics Failure is a stepping stone to success.
Learn from it and try again.

Wow wow wow, thank you to everyone!
If you didn't know -
Before April, my X account was in the dust:
- barely any comments
- no real networks
- bots followers
Why? - I took a long break from X.
Since then, I went on here every SINGLE day.
Turns out - your efforts do compound!
Thank you to everyone who have supported me.
More to come, and I won't let you down.
(hint: rebrand???)

@Isra_Alaya_ Agreed.
When you start looking at it like this.
It becomes a win-win situation.
You either reach your goal or you learn something that will help you reach your goal.

@realDara_ It took longer than I thought, but I am finally back :)
English

@andrejprosper Make sure you get through it, King.
Small breaks are always needed.

It happened again.
*ding*
A new DM.
Wonder who it could be.
Took my phone to check.
Didn't know the guy.
But I opened it anyway.
"Hey Andrej, love your content.
So I gave you a follow."
That felt good.
I smiled.
Replied:
"Thanks man, I apreciate it."
Seconds later:
"I love the stories you share.
What got you started?"
I got excited.
Maybe I just made a new friend.
So I followed him back.
Told him the story of how I
started writing.
Ended with:
“Hey man, I followed you back too.”
Then… silence.
No replies.
Turns out he did
not care.
He just wanted to get
a new follower.
And yes, he got it.
+1 on his follower count.
But he lost something way
more valuable:
Connection.
If he proceeded the way
he started.
He would have built a
friendship with me.
And I would have:
Cared
Engaged
Maybe even become a customer.
But this way.
I will forget his name by
tomorrow.
Numbers fade.
Connections stay.

I used to think that I have
to win.
In order to tell my story.
I wanted it to be perfect.
But if I waited for that moment.
I would be waiting to this day.
Instead…
I started telling the small ones.
The awkward ones.
The quiet, messy, ones.
And you know what?
That's how I got better,
at storytelling.
You don’t become a storyteller
by waiting.
You become one by telling.
English

@andrejprosper Don't forget the lesson....
Stories don't make any sense without lessons....
English

I used to overthink storytelling.
I thought that my stories
weren't good enough.
Had the wrong idea
of what a good story is.
When in reality.
All it takes is this:
Pick one moment.
Introduce the problem.
Show the shift.
End with the lesson.
That's it.
That's the story.
Storytelling isn't hard.
Overthinking is.
