I'm glad the #ReleaseTheAyerCut event did well yesterday. I didn't participate because I have to pace myself in these events or I get burnt out but well done to you all. Big result.

Quick ITALIAN Egg: Sauté onion in oil until soft. Add minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes in packed in oil, chopped spinach until wilted. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, add egg white until cooked, top with egg yolk cook until desired. Cheese optional. Serve hot!😋🇮🇹
