Samsung has still neither replaced my defective device nor refunded my money. I purchased the flagship Samsung S26, and it started facing heating issues from Day 1. Despite multiple visits and repeated calls to the service center and customer care, there is still no resolution. I am being asked to visit again and again the service center without any concrete action. This continuous delay, lack of accountability, and endless back-and-forth feels like Harassment, Mental Torture and time wastage for a customer who spent premium money on a flagship device. Instead of resolving a genuine customer complaint, Samsung appears focused on delaying the process while the customer suffers. This is extremely disappointing, unacceptable, and pathetic customer service from a global brand like Samsung. Folks, please amplify the post. I visited the authorised service center, Smart Electro Care, HSR Layout, Bangalore for the problem with the brand-new @SamsungMobile phone that turned out to be defective. During my first visit, I was informed that the denial letter would be issued in a day or two. However, on my second visit, I was told that they cannot provide a denial letter and that their service center does not have such a facility. This has been a very disappointing experience from a reputed brand like @SamsungIndia. I kindly request the Denial Letter at the earliest. @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile @Samsung
