I visited the authorised service center, Smart Electro Care, HSR Layout, Bangalore for the problem with the brand-new @SamsungMobile phone that turned out to be defective. During my first visit, I was informed that the denial letter would be issued in a day or two. However, on my second visit, I was told that they cannot provide a denial letter and that their service center does not have such a facility. This has been a very disappointing experience from a reputed brand like @SamsungIndia. I kindly request the Denial Letter at the earliest. @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile @Samsung
