@DGVCL_Official I have all my dues cleared on time it's about there is no responsibility by any of your customer executive on the phone line they don't know what's actually happening on ground, they don't have any contact and clarifications on electricity cuts

@DGVCL_Official If you can auto-cut power for unpaid bills, ensure fast restoration too. No electricity for 3.5 hrs. Team gave 1 hr, then 2 hrs—still no update. This is unacceptable.
