@DGVCL_Official Dear Sir, Today, I have received msg of dgvcl , amount of 2407.83 Rs where as meter is faulty. Zero consumption. Complaint is given before 15 months back. Personally, I have visited office five times to change the meter. Last bill paid 2039.96 rs
