@asaio87 Ur custom local claude built tool is great until you need to host it, share it with others, add authentication, maintain it, etc...

SaaS is dead because people code their own internal tools using AI I am willing to bet with anyone that people doing business will not code their own tools even if AI usage was free. clearly AI usage is not free and costs a lot.

I think the problem with AI chat support is if the user gets any HINT of automation, they've been trained for over 20 years to immediately press 0/try to get an actual human in the loop...hard habit to break
