Appalled by @AldiUK customer service.Not only we still haven’t received our next day delivery three days in but no one is able to tell us when our purchase will arrive.Our little boy will be sad when his present doesn’t turn up tomorrow 😕

@etihadairways I got charged £450 for choosing my seats on a long haul flight from London to Phuket, terrible isn’t it .Reason being I was told by customer service we might be displaced as a family (we have a 10 month old and a two year old).Shame on you #Etihad
