Man. People really didn't get this tweet. Yes, I know the US is an archipelago of blue islands in a sea of red. I bounce between those two extremes more than most, I suspect. And no, this isn't about the California numerics of this or that election.

@fulyafelicity vaccination isn't honor system, you have to submit proof of booster status. the 'wellness check' is a joke though, yeah absolutely.

@aross005 I'm also in disbelief, given that there's no reduced classroom capacity, no free at-home tests, vending machines with tests and ppe, vaccination, and test rules are all based on 'honor' system and 'wellness' survey. Risks and trade-offs are real, but so is risk management.
