if i had zero skills and needed to make $12k-$15k/month in 2026 i wouldn't freelance. i wouldn't dropship. i wouldn't do trading. i'd spend 2 weeks learning how to use AI and sell digital products. here's exactly what i'd do, step by step: step 1 — find a niche that's already buying go to gumroad discover. filter by "top sellers." scroll until you find products with 200+ sales. don't look for a "passion." look for b2b products. copy this prompt into claude: "i want to sell a digital product in [niche]. give me the top 5 sub-niches where buyers are the most desperate, the least served, and already spending money. rank by buyer urgency." take the top result. that's your niche. step 2 — build the product in one session prompt: "you are an expert in [niche]. create a comprehensive, actionable 30-page guide on [specific problem]. write it for someone who is [awareness level]. include frameworks, step-by-step instructions, and real examples. write in first person as an operator who has done this." edit it, scrape transcripts from experts on YouTube and create a ready to publish product step 3 — build the landing page in 15 minutes Use a google and send them to a whop checkout page for the whop page, use this prompt: "write a sales page for a digital product called [name] that helps [ICP] achieve [outcome] in [timeframe]. open with a pattern-interrupt hook, destroy 3 objections, stack the value, and close with a single CTA. no hype, no fluff. write like an operator who's done it." price it at $27-$47. step 4 — post on X every day write 2 posts per day about the niche. one proof or insight post, one tactical breakdown. reply to 20 accounts bigger than you with a smart take. not "great post." an actual insight. put your product link in your bio and pin your best post. if you want access to prompts, templates, systems etc you can check out my community comment "prompts" and i'll send you a link

The 5 words that turn Claude from useless to scary good. Role. Task. Context. Format. Tone. That's it. Five words. Every prompt that actually delivers has all five. Every prompt that gives you generic garbage is missing at least one. You tell it who to be, what to do, the background that matters, how to structure the output, and how it should sound. Most people type "help me write an email" and wonder why Claude sounds like a corporate robot. The AI had a thousand possible interpretations and got zero direction. Fix that one thing and the quality of every response changes overnight. Same on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok. Works on every AI tool and the ones that don't exist yet. Put the whole system into a playbook with ready-to-copy templates, a 30-second pre-prompt checklist, and a 3-phase iteration method that turns decent drafts into exactly what you need. 15 minute read. The results last forever. Comment "CHEAT" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

Destroying the @InternetArchive's @WayBackMachine would be the equivalent of the burning of the Library of Alexandria - one of the worst losses of knowledge in history. Media giants are now threatening to do this. We can't let this happen. Pass it on.

As a comic writer who hires artists for my projects, I've had the privilege of looking over comic artist portfolios in person and online. I thought it might be helpful to share some of what I look for as I go through portfolios in order to help those of you who are newer.

If my agency got wiped and I had 6 months to rebuild to $100k/month, here's what I'd actually do: • Stop stacking $2-3k retainers. I did this early on and it was exhausting. You need like 40 clients just to make decent money. • Kill the "take every meeting" mentality. Qualification before calls. This alone saves 80% of wasted time. • Forget 80-hour weeks. I pay with money, you pay with time. That's what got me there quicker. • Fire the bottom 20% of clients immediately. They take 80% of your energy and 20% of your revenue. The math doesn't work. • Automate onboarding day one. A developer costs less than the hours you're wasting doing manual intake for every single client. • Cold SMS before cold calling. Warm bodies on the phone instead of just dialing into dead air all day. • Go High Level for everything. Consolidate data into one place. Most agencies break at scale because their data is scattered across 12 different tools. • Niche down violently. Riches are in niches. Specialists get paid 10x more. I've watched this play out hundreds of times. • Performance-based pricing from the start. Retainer plus percentage of results. Aligns incentives, keeps clients longer. • Pre-handle every objection in a pitch deck. Stop winging it on Zoom and wondering why deals fall apart. • Build case studies obsessively. Every single win gets documented with real numbers. This is your ammo for every sales call after. • Meta ads with a real budget. Target companies that can actually afford premium pricing. Stop chasing broke businesses. • Two-step offer: $6-10k intro project, then ongoing retainer once they see results. Lowers the barrier to yes. • Follow up on the 1st of every month until they say stop. Most deals close after follow-up 4. Most people give up after follow-up 1. • Review every sales call recording. Find where you're losing deals. Fix it. Repeat. • Double down on what's working. Cut everything else. Simple but nobody does it. That's how I scaled from $30k/month with scattered clients to $200k/month at 60% margins. Took about 18 months once I figured out the system. DM me "System" if you want the full breakdown of how we structured this.
