@KeruboSk Yup. Happens to me. I’ll even have family members who are big “politics” talkers and all they do is recite what the MSM (or reels) says. I shake my head cause they have absolutely no clue of the truth. If I do try to say anything the they get super defensive & tell me I’m wrong.

@2xsam_ This could possibly be true. Cut ties with a close friend several ago. They live 10 minutes away. I haven’t seen them in all this time, but I have run into their spouse twice though.

My boss has a 2 favs & 1 causes the most drama. She will talk about my coworkers behind their back to the rest of us.

If a manager can't solve conflict amongst their team members, what are they getting paid for, really?

Managing people is a completely different job from doing the work. It’s less about your technical skill and more about babysitting adults, endless 1:1s, performance reviews, conflict resolution, hiring/firing stress, and being the emotional sponge for everyone’s bad days. A lot of us would rather just… not.

Need your advice. I’ve been using Nespresso coffee pods for quite sometime. I love the coffee, but the pods create trash and they’re not cheap. I have two cups a day, and that costs $2.80 in total. That’s $1,022 per year. While this is better than Starbucks, it’s still too much. Am thinking about a French Press. Any advice on what to buy, and any advice on a good coffee brand (organic)? TY🥰
