@AskDyson Hi, I phoned your CS department and got an agent who clearly didn't understand what I was saying and would give an answer that wasn't even relevant to my question. All I want to know is do Dyson still do hoover services in the home, if not when did it stop?

Aralık başı dyson v15 süpürge alıyoruz ve 4 ay kutusunda açılmadan bekliyor. Geçen gün kullanmak için açtığımda çalışmadığını görüyoruz, @AskDyson u arayıp bildiriyoruz. Kullanmamak benim suçummuş pil bitip kendini yoketmiş diye dünyanın en salak cevabını alıyorum. Nerede yazıyor ben aldıktan sonra anında kullanmam gerektiği diyorum? cevap yok. Sizin deponuzda kaç yıl bekledi ki bu benim elime geldiğinde pili 4 ayda kullanmadığım halde bitti diyorum cevap yok. @Dyson kullanın klavuzun neresinde yazıyor şu kadar kullanmadığında makine kendini yok eder diye lütfen cevap verin.

@AskDyson Merhaba, Dyson V15 süpürge aldım Dyson’ın kendi sitesinden.  Tozlu görünüyor pudralandığı söylendi bana. Adımın ve adresimin yazılı olduğu etiketi kaldırdım altından başka bir isim ve adres çıktı bunu da belirttim ama değişime razı olmuyor Dyson. Markaya yakıştıramadım.

@Dyson very poor service in India! +@BandBajaateRaho -ordered battery on 3/27, delivery pending still. They talk about "glitch" but refuse to extend service at home for their delay unless I bear the service charge when it is their glitch!!

@AskDyson SCAM all the way: for a premium dyson airwrap the quality is super shady. It is a dent on the wallet but the coating is chipping off within monthsnof usage. When customer service was contacted they refused to help. Cancel Dyson

@Dyson @AskDyson I had ordered a v12s submarine on 27th, which was supposed to be delivered on 30th. I have been chasing your support team for delivery update but all I get is give us 24-48 hours. Such a pathetic customer service. This was my repeat order but now I am regretting.

Spent 150 mins on chat w/ @AskDyson Canada. They admit my unit is defective & promised HP10 (Case 53190406), but refuse an Advanced Exchange or a box for a 3ft machine. Refusing packaging for a warranty return is an undue hardship. Fix this. #Dyson #Barrie #ConsumerRights
