You know, now that I think about it, the first time I really, truly Noticed was during the Brazilian invasion of Korean MMOs. Those animals had zero respect for the culture and etiquette of online games on English-speaking servers. They had no concept of actually putting in work for something, or fair trade, you never actually saw them grinding. It was always "gib moni pl0x" so they could get the powerful items without working for it. It has been ingrained into me since Ragnarok Online that not a single Brazilian is worthy of respect as a fellow human being. They are all animals. Every single one of them.

@_youngcapalot if one pace wasn't a thing, i'd never hook up on one piece tbh, i started a few years ago and the mangá is great but the animation is though, i remember marineford episodes started the actual plot only on the 10 minutes mark, that's insane

One Piece is literally my top 1 series and even I dropped the anime 20 different times because the pacing is ass. Skypiea, thriller bark, marineford, fishman island, punk hazard, dressrosa, wci n wano. The manga is a completely different experience. Just compare the episode count to the chapter count and you’ll see how badly stretched the anime is.
