@bllfield @googlenesthelp Brian, this is a known error and the same happened to ours the other day. We tried everything nest support advised but nothing worked. It’s now useless. Because it’s 14 days out of warranty @googlenest won’t repair or replace it. Good luck with yours. 🤞🏼

My @googlenest thermostat has stopped connecting to wifi so now no longer works. @googlenest customer support can’t help because I’m just 14 days out of my warranty. Frustrated and disappointed.

@googlenesthelp Thanks. I’ve had a reply now, but still, even though it’s just out of warranty @googlenest can do nothing. I won’t be buying another for fear that this will happen again. Surely it should last longer.
