Babes I don’t mean to mean but I don’t think you understand this side of twt, and the advice that I’m giving is to eat more protein and healthy meals and supplement and intermittent fast. I am not telling people to purge or starve for a month. I would like you to do some research on eating disorders because this community is simply to feel seen and to have people that feel the same as you. An eating disorder isn’t simple and that’s why I don’t blame you for not understanding, it’s not just feeling ugly or disgusting in your body it’s a lot more complicated, and that can’t just be fixed by working out as you said. I appreciate your comment but it simply is not the path that many people with an eating disorder go on.

I personally don’t mind core power but I tend to stick to a protein shot because drinking a whole shake is such a chore lmao
-and if you don’t want anything that tastes like straight protein the chobani protein drinks are amazing cause it’s just like a yogurt drink, it kinda reminds me of a less artificial danimal 😭

Nooo I get that so much I’m autistic and certain textures freak me out especially protein shakes cause there like gritty, that’s why I love the protein shots because you just suffer through 5 minutes of it instead of drinking a whole shake :) but I’ll definitely do more research about protein options that are less painful than drinking a whole protein shake!!

@b3llloves I definitely need to prioritize protein more but I've never found anything that tasted good enough. I'm autistic so taste and texture hinder me a lot 😅
Definitely willing to give those shakes a try if I can find them though!

I fasttt a lot, I tend to fast for 2-3 days and than I eat a protein rich meal with lots of veggies or fruit, and there scary but I do tend to have a carb in there just to make the fasting easier and to give me energy, I like to have a complex carb because it’s less processed and gives me energy for much longer💕💕

@jolieeelaidee I do a lots of sit ups lmao like even when I’m just laying in bed and I think that’s really helped because I have no loose skin on my stomach, I do have some on my arms but I tend to miss arms a lot at the gym 😭

@misathropy When I break my fast I tend to have a 1,000-1,500 calorie meal, but I don’t count liquid cals 😛

I understand how you feel, but an eating disorder isn’t just a diet or a choice someone makes. Eating disorders are exactly what they are called a mental disorder that distorts a persons view on food and there body. I am not promoting my eating disorder In any way, I am simply documenting my life and how this have affected me

@b3llloves I’m feeling the most ugliest & fattest I’ve ever been in my life as someone who used to never worry about gaining weight, and I’m here to say… stop promoting eating disorders. this is not the way. do cardio and eat in a calorie deficit. like I plan to do.
