And I was just told my @OptusSport Disc was removed. I’ve been paying for it for a while, but the Disc was only just removed? Seems like there are some automated systems errors at @Optus, not very reassuring.

I just activated Number Share for my watch with @Optus and they applied a Number Share Disc, then removed it. Would you consider it a fault that the automated system applied and removed it? Why would it be applied in the first place automatically unless it was done in error?

Parcel delivery firm DPD have replaced their customer service chat with an AI robot thing. It’s utterly useless at answering any queries, and when asked, it happily produced a poem about how terrible they are as a company. It also swore at me. 😂
