[목표: 81kg, 현재: 94kg] 다이어트 시작한지 약 10주째 아침공복체중 100kg -> 94kg 원래라면 90kg 까지 내려왔어야 했는데 입 터지고 맨날 술먹고 하다보니 도르마무 되는 듯.. 의지가 참 약하다는 생각이 들때가 있어요 저는 하루 4끼 먹던거를 3끼로 줄이고, 밥200g + 고기 300~400g + 김치 만 세끼 먹고 있습니다. 일주일에 한번씩은 외식하면서 칼로리 내에서 치팅해주는 듯. 7월초까지 81kg 레츠고

@baekpro 둘째 탄생 축하드립니다. 첫째 돌보며 조리원 아내까지 챙기시는 모습이 멋진 아빠시네요. 맞팔 반갑습니다.

내리사랑은 어쩔 수 없나 봅니다. 둘째가 태어나고 아내는 아기와 함께 조리원에 있습니다. 그동안 저는 첫째를 돌보고 있습니다. 아침에 출근하며 어린이집에 등원시키면 다행히 양가 부모님들께서 하원과 저녁식사까지 챙겨주십니다. 저는 퇴근 후 집에 돌아와 아이를 씻기고 재웁니다. 아이를 재우고 나면 빨래, 설거지, 청소 같은 밀린 집안일을 하고 다음 날 등원 준비까지 마치고 나서야 잠자리에 듭니다. 아내 병원에 들르고, 조리원도 오가고, 아이도 챙기다 보니 몸이 많이 지쳤던 것 같습니다. 결국 이번 주 월요일, A형 독감에 걸리고 말았습니다. 온몸에 오한이 오고 열이 39도까지 올라 회사에서 퇴근하자마자 병원으로 달려갔습니다. 독감이라는 말을 듣는 순간, 제 걱정보다도 첫째 생각이 먼저 들었습니다. 다행히 그날은 제 부모님께서 아이를 돌봐주시는 날이라 갑작스럽지만 하룻밤 더 맡아주시고 다음 날까지 봐달라고 부탁드렸습니다. 혹시나 옮길까 봐 따로 격리한 채 아이가 잠든 뒤에도 안방이나 아기방에는 들어가지 못하고 거실에 침낭을 펴고 누워 있었습니다. 열은 계속 나고 온몸은 쑤시는데 몸은 또 너무 추워서 잠도 못 이루고 뒤척이고 있었습니다. 그때 갑자기 엄마가 물에 적신 수건을 가져와 제 이마에 올려주시더군요. 제가 빨리 나아야 첫째도 돌볼 수 있다면서 늦은 시간까지 제 병간호를 해주셨습니다. 이렇게 엄마 손에 병간호를 받는 게 아마 10년 만은 되는 것 같습니다. 하루 종일 아이를 돌보시느라 이미 많이 지치셨을 텐데도 계속 물수건으로 제 열을 식혀주셨습니다. 부모님의 간호 덕분에 그래도 독감에서 비교적 빨리 회복할 수 있었습니다. 그런데 결국 어제 어머니도 독감에 걸리셨다고 합니다. 그래도 바로 검사받고 주사까지 맞으셔서 지금은 괜찮다고 하시는데 감사하면서도 마음이 참 무겁습니다. 부모가 되고 나서야 부모님의 마음을 조금은 이해한다고 생각했는데, 아직도 그 마음을 따라가려면 한참 먼 것 같습니다.
