By the way, if Gordon does go to a Bayern or Barca he will naturally kick on, surrounded by better players, arguably easier league(s) but the main factor will probably be effort! Rashford is a great example of someone who seemingly lost all motivation at Man U, moved & improved

He bagged a few trying to fit the Howe profile but weve made no attempt to accommodate his style like stuttgart did or Germany do and he was/is electric for both
