#Supergirl is highly enjoyable. It doesn't quite have the resonance of Superman, but it acts as both a perfect companion and follow-up to that movie with better characters and more complex relationships. It's also incredibly emotional, which makes the action hit even harder.

Unfortunately Supergirl is a mixed bag for me. As a fan of the comic, I was (perhaps) overly excited for the film adaptation. While Jason Momoa’s Lobo & Milly Alcock shine, some adaptation choices and a bland villain keep it from greatness. It's, simply put, just fine. #Supergirl

Jason Momoa is great as Lobo. This guy has basically played a version of Lobo through other roles, so it felt like he put something extra into finally getting it, for real. He’s entertaining, out-for-himself, and a menacing shot-of-life for #Supergirl.

SUPERGIRL is a lazy gunn guardians humor Slop. Weak story, forgettable villain & worst Furiosa bits. Milly Alcock tries to carry but cheap CGI, gimmicky action & lame cameos make it a short but painful watch. Jason Momoa just plays himself as Lobo. DCU is DOA 🗑️ #Supergirl
